Warranty Chain Management Conference

The 8th annual event has a theme of "Warranty and Service Contract Management in a Challenging Economic Climate." The WCM 2012 event offers the broadest range of presentations than ever before, with attendees able to choose from five parallel tracks covering over 90 speakers spread over 26 separate sessions. The opening keynote address is co-presented by Tara Bunch, Hewlett Packard's Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support Operations, and Glen Griffiths, HP's Vice President of Global Engineering Services, presenting their co-authored paper on "Merging Quality, Warranty and Service Strategies to Drive Transformation." The price of admission includes conference materials, fully catered breakfasts, lunches and networking events, with the WCM reception and cocktail evenings recognized as some of the most popular and widely attended annual social events for warranty professionals.

Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovation

This conference, the third edition of what has become an annual event in Chicago, will focus on strategies for designing, marketing, and operating superior service contract and extended warranty programs. It's designed to designed to showcase best practices in both business-to-business and consumer extended warranty design and implementation. Ideas and strategies for growing and streamlining an extended warranty/service contract programs will be presented as case studies, through small group roundtables, and during interactive panel sessions.
