Glenview, Il., September 04, 2003- Aon Innovative Solutions (AIS), a division of Aon Warranty Group announced today "Employer of the Year" honors from DenverWorks, a nonprofit referral organization serving the Denver Metro community.

DenverWorks was founded in 1995 with a mission to link entry-level job seekers with local employers. DenverWorks successfully equips unemployed and underemployed individuals with the tools and training needed to find and retain employment.

DenverWorks partners with over 225 businesses for job placement and annually honors organizations and individuals who positively impact the Denver Metro community through outstanding leadership in employment services.

The 8th annual DenverWorks Impact awards ceremony took place on August 21, at the New Denver Marriott South hotel and accepting the award on behalf of Aon Innovative Solutions, was Lori Young, an AIS recruiter. Also honored at the awards dinner was Alexis Moore, a part-time AIS employee. While attending college, Alexis plans to pursue a career in counseling, a skill she is developing by working with AIS employees and customers.
