Michael Costanza named Executive Vice President for Warranty Corporation of America

New Executive Team member joins metro Atlanta Headquarters


Norcross, GA - February 4, 2004 - Warranty Corporation of America (WaCA) today announced that it has named Michael Costanza Executive Vice President of Sales. Costanza is charged with leading WaCA toward maintaining market domination in the service contract and OEM warranty arena.

With a focus on WaCA's full suite of products and services, Client Services, Product Planning and the full WaCA selling organization report to Costanza. The WaCA marketing team will interface directly with Costanza's newly defined organization in an effort to streamline processes through integrated solutions.

"We are integrating the activities of Here2Fix, Satisfusion, and Consumer Care under one Corporate Umbrella: Warranty Corporation of America," said Joan Hammer, CEO of WaCA. Michael Costanza has had vast sales and management experience in the consumer product arena and has held executive level positions with The Harman Consumer Group, Sony and Maxell Corporation among others.
